SoS1’s issue was finally fixed. Apparently my last subscription renewal was not correctly processed and it was simply removed from the provider’s database. After emailing their support service for three weeks the issue was fixed and my subscription period extender accordingly. Too much time to fix it, in my opinion, but I still thing this is a potentially good SoS.
